Overview
We are looking for a Junior Trading Analyst to work alongside traders and researchers in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on live markets, execution, and applied analysis. You will be involved in monitoring strategies, analysing performance, and supporting trading across a range of markets — including financial, event-driven, and probability-based markets.
The role is for individuals who are capable real trading intuition and decision-making ability, not just theoretical knowledge.
What You’ll Do
Monitor live trading activity and assist with execution across multiple markets
Analyse trade data, fills, and performance to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Work with traders to investigate anomalies and refine strategies in real time
Build tools and scripts to support analysis, monitoring, and execution
Develop an understanding of market structure, liquidity, and price behaviour
Contribute to research and idea generation where relevant
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Comfort working with data and uncertainty
Interest in markets, trading, or probability-based environments
Experience with Python or similar tools is beneficial but not required
Background in mathematics, science, engineering, or similar disciplines is preferred — but not essential
